1-     Pricing And product description:

Brandatt.com cannot confirm the price of an item until after you order. In the event that an items listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, Brandatt.com shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. If an item is priced incorrectly, Brandatt.com may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

 

B-     Pricing of products sold by Brandatt.com is based upon figures calculated related to each country  Prices displayed in other currencies are based according to the final shipping destination . Due to fluctuating currency values other than on the individual product page, may not be the most current. Areas of the Site where currency might be inaccurate include, but are not limited to, promotional banners, promotion pages, and information on product category pages. The price displayed on an individual product page, regardless of currency denomination, is the current price you are liable to pay to Brandatt.com, excluding shipping.


2-     What is your refund and return Policy?

 

Refund and return Policy allow you to return or replace any products within 14 days from the date of purchase, please note that some items are not refundable; for instance  but not limited , Bukhoor, jewelry, lingerie, swimwear are non-returnable items. However, you can return non-returnable items if you receive the wrong item, or if the items arrive damaged

 

3-     How can I submit request for return  / replacement ?

 

-        Login to your brandatt.com account via website or application

-        Go to “My account” and select order history, then select the order you wish to return/replace

-        Click on return at the bottom of the page and our customer service team will contact within one business day to process your request

4-     When will I receive my refund?

 

A-    For local orders: return process start from date of order return to our warehouse, refund will be based on payment method:

-        K-net / Credit cards: refund will be through Bank, and it will be procced within 3 to 5 busines days (Excluding holidays)

-        Cash on delivery: refund will be procced through Cash or though Coupons or through Customer`s E-Wallet

 

B-     For international orders: refund will be Processed once the order is returned to our warehouse in Kuwait, after confirmation from the shipping company under their return Airwaybill, and the refund process will take from 5 to 10 business days.

 Refund will be Via Wire transfer either through Bank or verified local exchange companies, or Via coupons or Customer`s E-Wallet
