Mother's Day 2020
9 Months of Sacrifices
Being a mother is a never-ending journey. You give birth to your children and hold the “scars” for the rest of your life. You give life to your young ones, nurture, care, and love them even as they grow older. It is a huge sacrifice yet also a beautiful blessing to be a mother. Giving birth to a child doesn't make a parent. What makes you a parent is raising a child with love and acceptance no matter what. Carrying a child doesn't make you a mother. Dropping everything in your life to make sure your child has a good life, makes you a mother.
A Mother's Love
She works 24 hours a day. She's a mom. She's an alarm clock, a cook, maid, teacher, nanny, nurse, driver, handyman, security officer, photographer, and counselor. She doesn't get a holiday, sick leave, double pay or day offs. She works through the day and night and gets paid in hugs and kisses. A mother's love is endless, not changing for all time. When needed by her children, a mother's love will shine. When days on earth are over, a mother's love lives on, through many generations, God’s blessings on each one. A mother's love is something that no one can explain. It is made of deep devotion and of sacrifice and pain. It is endless and unselfish and enduring comes what may. For nothing can destroy it or take that love away. It is far beyond defining, it defies all explanation, and it still remains a secret like the mysteries of creation. Many splendorous miracle men cannot understand and another wondrous evidence of God's tender guiding hand.
A Work Without Pay
Spending time with your children entrenching ethics, morals, values, knowledge, and wisdom. However, the most important thing is showing them, unconditional love. What parents say about and to each other affects children because, for them, you are both special. Be aware of what you say about others as this will teach your children how to interact with people. Mothers must always make time to ensure that their children feel special and that no matter what they do or say, they will always be the best person. If your child does not accept the praise, at least you have done your work as a mother.
Just a Fact!
Do you know that a human body can bear only up to 45 Del (units) of pain? Yet at time of giving birth, a mother feels up to 57 Del (units) of pain. This is similar to 20 bones getting fractured at the same time.
Can you just imagine it now, the MOTHER'S PAIN & LOVE?
